Instructions for at home brewing in 10 easy steps:
Step 1. Weigh out .5lb of the ground coffee into the filter bag.
Step 2. Place bag with ground coffee inside into a jar or pitcher able to hold at least a gallon of water.
Step 3. Measure out 700ml of water and evenly pour inside of the bag.
Step 4. Pull the bag strings, secure tight.
Step 5. Pour 700ml of water outside of the bag.
Step 6. Seal with lid and leave ambient on counter for 20 hours.
Step 7. Lift and drain bag as much as possible.
Step 8. Dispose grounds bag.
Step 9. Add ambient water to the cold brew in pitcher. Water amount should double cold brew amount.
Step 10. Mix with a spoon, keep refrigerated, add milk or sugar to preference or enjoy black.
